How to use these cards
🧍 Using them on your own
Choose the deck that feels most relevant to you right now.
Draw a card and read the question slowly.
Let the answer come — in thoughts, in your body, or as a quiet feeling.
You can write about it, sit with it, or just notice what shifts inside.
For deeper work: answer once “from the head”, once “from the body”. Notice the difference.
👥 With a friend
Take turns choosing decks and drawing cards.
Share only what feels comfortable — no pressure.
Listen without interrupting or giving advice.
Close with: “One resource I see in you today is…”
👥👥 In a small group
One person chooses the deck for the round; everyone answers the same question.
Next person chooses the next deck.
Rule: “I share only what feels okay to say out loud.”
Close with: “A resource I recognize in myself today is…”
🖊 A small ritual to end
Write one sentence you want to carry with you.
Example: “My pace is good enough.” or “I have more resources than I realize.”
